I received an email about a "Routine Search," what does this mean?

When you get an update about a “Routine Search” from us, it is referring to those specific websites. We monitor these sites continuously; in case your content ever reappears.
If no information is found on me after a "Routine Search," does that mean all of my personal data has been removed?
